Visual Director
for Rutgers University Fashion Exhibition ( Feb 2025)
Produced, selected, and edited visuals for the show’s backdrop— ensuring they effectively conveyed the cultural narrative of fashion’s evolution and intersection within Black, African, and Afro-Latinx communities. The visuals highlighted how these rich traditions have transcended through history and influenced contemporary youth, style, and culture today.
Created transitions to synchronize with the models’ runway walk, enhancing the overall flow of the showcase. Additionally, selected music that complemented the visuals and seamlessly overlayed them to create an immersive experience for the audience

In addition, curated and designed a dynamic visual experience that complemented the live runway presentation. A custom slideshow of archival and editorial imagery was created to guide the audience on a visual journey through distinct eras of Black and Afro-Latinx style—from vintage elegance to contemporary expression. Projected onto large screens throughout the venue, the imagery served as both a historical narrative and atmospheric backdrop, enhancing the storytelling as models graced the runway.
